I am a foodie. Being a foodie comes with it’s own pros & cons. While you enjoy eating delicious food, it has it’s own drawbacks like weight gain which leads to issues like – Not fitting into your favourite pair of jeans

(#Fashiongirlproblems)

Like millions of others, i didn’t want to take a new year resolution because like we all know, they never work out. I decided to incorporate one good habit into my daily life. The one good habit was avoiding milk and drinking green tea every morning. Surprisingly, i got used to it & have been doing so since the past 3 months.

I completely avoid cow’s milk ( Tea/coffee) & do indulge in curd/yogurt from time to time. Soy milk can be a good alternative as well. Like i mentioned earlier, cultivating good habits takes time. Always take it slow i.e one at a time & you will be surprised how it turns into a lifestyle than just a boring routine. Because as human beings, the desire to consume anything that looks or tastes delicious will always exist but it’s about time we learn to trick our brain.

Starting tomorrow, i have decided to incorporate one more good habit into my daily routine, that is, avoiding processed sugar/fried products.

If you follow me on Instagram, you might be aware of how i loving indulging in delicious sweets. Even yesterday i indulged in icecream, pizza & some chinese food. There’s nothing wrong in that but i believe too much of anything is bad for your health. I am not the kind who can completely cut off something & go by the book. However, i will switch from packaged / processed sugar like cookies, ice creams to healthier alternatives like fruits or yogurt. Homemade oatmeal + chocolate cookies are great too!
